Onstage Brisbane ~ Friday Happenings and Onstage Recognition

Like I promised, you wouldn't be able to keep me away.
Another post about Onstage. I just had so much to share!
It was hard for me to keep all these images to myself until after Onstage was over. I am sure next year when I am a little less shy I will get photos with a lot more people! ;)
I did pre-warn people that I can be a little shy when first meeting.

When I saw this great Onstage sign that was at the convention centre I just had to grab a selfie with it.
How cool is it, seriously?

As you can see it also provided us a but of direction when it came to attending our 'make & takes' which we were lucky enough to get to do with four of the different product categories; Falling in Love, Sending Love, Party Animal and Sale-A-Brate. I honestly yet am to pick a favourite (it's like picking a favourite child) however Party Animal is basically the winner!

This above photo was taken during one of the quieter times. Usually this area was buzzing with excitement and it was hard to get anywhere near any of the signs or busier areas. There were so many demos in one place at one time, which is part of what made it so exciting!

After the initial excitement of walking in the doors of the Convention centre and seeing everybody including meeting my team for the first time, there was walking into MainStage and to see the 'stage' all set up and the gorgeous room all decorated. It was so exciting!

They sure did open the show really well with a great male dance group called Swagamama. Gosh they did a fabulous job and what an exciting way to open a show!

This hot air balloon was a clear favourite during the show and if you have seen a sneak peek of some of the upcoming releases you will know why! I was lucky that a passerby was nice enough to take a photo of the cute photo prop set up for me.

This was the fabulous make and take class with Carolyn Bennie. Gosh is is funny and gorgeous. She is definitely a crowd performer! She made a gorgeous romantic card with one of the delicate new thinlets dies that acted as a belly band.

Look how gorgeous these 3-dimensional balloons look? This will be a thinlet in the new occasions catalogue. It is amazing!

Here's a look at the gorgeous make and takes I made. I loved them all and learnt many new things and played with lots of new products *exciting*!!! So excited that we will have watercolour pencils to play with! I can't wait to share more and more sneak peeks with you...

I was excited as this was my first Onstage event and I have been so blessed to have a Bronze Elite ribbon (Silver now *wink*) and reached both Quick Start milestones. So I had three ribbons to my name tag which was really exciting and something to treasure.
Aiming for Silver Elite by next Onstage...a girl can dream!

I wouldn't be anywhere without this group of crazies...

and check this out...
The Crazy Crafters are the #1 team in Australia with the #1 leader/demonstrator Kylie Bertucci!
Gosh the woman is amazing, not only did she rank number one in Australia but also #8 in the WORLD! Like seriously? Ah-mazing!

If that isn't enough to make you want to join us bunch of crazies, I don't know what is. haha!
Check out the 'join my team' link above for more info!

and here's how we ended our Friday night...

Friday was finished up with dinner out in Southbank at the Charming Squire with the rest of the Crazy Crafters. It was so exciting and such a great night with a great group!

There was much to be celebrated of course!
