It's not often that I fall in love with a stamp set so much that I sit down and create cards over and over with the same bundle.
This set was once again sitting at my desk staring at me and I just had to create with it even though I created a card that you can see in my last post.
This time I really wanted to try the dimensional shadowing look of cutting some clouds out of the base card stock and popping up the entire card front on dimensionals.
I love how it turned out!
I have used some gold paint to flick specks over the card. You could however use the Gold Wink of Stella but would achieve smaller 'specks'.
I once again used some white embossing on black card to really make the sentiment 'pop'.
I love the addition of the silver to this card. I used the 1/8th inch silver ribbon from the Annual Catalogue combined with the silver sequin trim. A touch of bling never hurt anyone...and I love adding it wherever and whenever I can!
I have also added the glitz and glam with some gold speckles.
Here's a close up of the card. There is a lot of dimension which was achieved by cutting the front card panel and I placed the cloud dies on the card panel and then I have adhered the whole panel on dimensionals. I love it and it is definitely a technique that I will be trying again.
I hope you enjoyed this look at another card I have made with the Lift Me Up bundle.
Now that it has been carried over to the new Annual Catalogue, there will be many more cards and projects to come, as it is still one of my firm favourites!
I will also be repeating this colour combo, I just love it.
