Stampin' Dreams Blog Hop ~ Annual Catalogue Sneak Peek

Welcome to the monthly Stampin' Dreams Blog Hop. This month's theme is an Annual Catalogue Sneak Peek. You are currently visiting Kayla MacAulay from Australia.
I really hope you enjoy the projects I am sharing today using brand new products from the upcoming 2018-2019 Catalogue. Enjoy!

I made these cards inspired by the Share What You Love suite of products which is actually available to order NOW in a special early promotion.
The theme of this suite of products was based around the Stampin' Up! 30 years celebration and literally sharing what we love about this amazing hobby!
Based around this theme I created this set of nine mini notecards to send to likeminded people as a Random Act of Kindness and sharing what I love!

I also used a brand new stamp set that my gorgeous friend and downline Jodie won at the recent Onstage conference by Stampin' Up! and created these cute flowers which I have coloured with the gorgeous Stampin' Blends.

I am really excited to be taking part in this blog hop and can't wait to be a regular participant with all these gorgeous likeminded crafters. Be sure to check the bottom of the post for all the links to the amazing blogs that have taken part.

Here's a look at the next set of cards that I made using the suite. As you can see I have used pretty much all the Designer Series Papers available in the Share What You Love suite. I love featuring Designer Series Paper and following the #loveitchopit motto and not hoarding the paper! It's much prettier on a finished project than stashed away in your paper craft stash!

I have backed the Designer Series Paper with a layer of cardstock in either Rich Razzleberry, Grapefruit Grove, Mint Macaron or Old Olive, depending on which suited best with the particular pattern that I was working with.

The last set of three cards is possibly my favourite because I am a bit of  a lover of all things blue and green, so these patterns really caught my eye.

I have accented all the cards with an Ombre Lemon Lime Twist Ribbon Bow, some Basic Rhinestones, Shimmery Black Ribbon and some Linen Thread.

I love to embellish, it's my favourite thing to do!

Here's a couple of close ups of the finished cards. I love that the beautiful Scallop Circle punches are carrying over to the new 2018-2019 catalogue as they are great for layering and creating little centrepieces for smaller images like I have done so here.

I backed my vellum scalloped circle with a gold glitter circle punched from a 1 3/4" circle punch.

I hope you enjoyed looking at the projects I have made using new catalogue products today and are inspired to go and try some out.

I also decorated the envelopes with some Artisan Textures stamps in Mint Macaron and some sentiments and a heart from the Apron Builder bundle which is also carrying over to the new catalogue.

I hope the projects you've seen here on my blog today have inspired you & brightened your day. You are currently visiting Kayla. Please see the list below & hop through all of the people on the list to see all our projects. You don't want to miss any!
