Bird Ballad & Power of Hope ~ Friendship Card

Hello and welcome back to my little blog & thanks for visiting today!

Today I have a fun card to share that I have CASE'd and made a few changes to from the gorgeous Sale-a-Bration catalogue.
Don't have a catalogue yet and live in Australia. Request one from me here.

I wanted to have a play with the gorgeous Power of Hope Stone Embossing folder that you can earn FREE at the moment with a $180 order through Sale-a-Bration. Let's face it, it's not hard to shop at the moment with all the gorgeous new products available through the new Mini Catalogue!

I always have a fun video which I streamed live on my Facebook page showing just how I made this card! Be sure to check it out below.

Here you can see the fun finished card.
I will admit, I actually don't use Poppy Parade too often. Red is not one of my go to colours, but for this it really had that oriental feel, so I just loved it!

Combined with the fun gold heat embossing and dry embossing with the Stone Embossing Folder...I was in love.

You can see how I achieved this heat embossed/dry embossed look with the video I filmed below.

Be sure to check out this video which is a recording of the Facebook Live where I show you all the techniques and tips of putting this fun card together.

I have combined this fun technique with the Bird Ballad stamp set, the Stitched So Sweetly Dies and that gorgeous Bird Ballad DSP and a strip of the gorgeous Golden Honey DSP which you can also earn FREE at the moment with a $90 order!
So many reasons to pop an order in, with so many freebies going around!

I also showed another technique on my video, which was colouring some of our fun pearl jewels with a Crumb Cake Stampin' Blend. You can make them any colour you want! The sky is the limit!

Finally I added a simple but fun decorated insert for my card to finish it off.

I hope you enjoyed seeing this fun card today CASE'd from the Sale-a-Bration catalogue and got inspired to get crafting!

Be sure to check out the links below to all the products I have used which you can purchase through my store and earn FREEBIES while you are at it.

Happy crafting hugs! xx
