Stampin’ Up! In Good Taste ~ Just Saying Hello Card

Hello lovelies and welcome to/back to my blog.
Today I am excited to be sharing another card using brand new product that is featured in the upcoming Annual Catalogue.
I am so excited to share it with you as this new product is just GORGEOUS!

This card today is part of a fantastic Stampin' Dreams Blog hop. Be sure to check below for all the links to the blogs that have taken part.

I have linked all the current products below, and then listed the products that are from the brand new upcoming catalogue linked in the form of product codes/names.

Here's a look at my completed card.

I have taken a few steps here to get the texture I have.
I have cut a card base from Smoky Slate Cardstock and then added a layer of Gray Granite and then a piece of the stone styled In Good Taste Designer Series Paper.
However, before adhering the In Good Taste paper down, I have stamped it in Gray Granite with one the textured background stamps from the Tasteful Touches Stamp Set.
I have then run this piece of DSP through my die cutting machine with the coordinating Tasteful Textile 3D embossing folder for some extra fun texture!

It's hard to tell from these pictures, but I have also added some small strips of In Good Taste DSP underneath my focal point for some added layers and texture.

I have cut one of the labels from the coordinating Tasteful Labels Dies in Thick Very Vanilla Cardstock and stamped this with a sentiment from the Tasteful Touches Stamp Set in Basic Gray. I love the sentiment 'Just saying hello' - it's so versatile!

Here's a close up look at the finished card where you can see some of the detail.
I have coloured the floral image in with my fun Petal Pink Stampin' Blends Combo pack and added a layer of Wink of Stella (it's hard to tell in the photograph) for some extra sparkle.
I have also slightly distressed the flower by bending the petals up a little, to create extra added dimension.

The feathers are stamped in Versamark Ink and heat embossed in gold on Vellum Cardstock.

I have further embellished with some products that are available in the current catalogue: The beautiful gold metallic pearls and the Very Vanilla Scalloped Lace Trim!

Here's a look at the decorated inside of the card where I have added a layer of Gray Granite and a layer of Thick Very Vanilla Cardstock.
I replicated the card front by adding a strip of the pink coloured In Good Taste DSP and added some stamping from the Tasteful Touches Stamp Set in Gray Granite and Memento Black.
I also added some spritzes of Wink of Stella!
